About the founders
Sandra Malele
Sandra Malele has always had a keen passion for property investment and bought her first apartment at the tender age of 24yrs.
Whilst she has more than 18 years experience in Marketing Research professionally, she has always focused on acquiring property for rental income in both Gauteng and the Western Cape, building up a property portfolio over time of both furnished and unfurnished units.
Some of the units she has managed also required extensive refurbishment before the tenanting phase could begin.In 2023, she decided to turn her passion for property into her full-time focus, by providing residential units at a bigger scale, having now understood the intricacies of property investment, project management and the financial due diligence involved in property investment.
Yolandi Pedro
Yolandi Pedro is an entrepreneur who runs her own furniture retail business. She has over 18 years’ experience in the banking and retail industries, with vast experience in retail properties.
As a former graduate at Wits University, Yolandi completed a Masters in Business Studies at UNISA Graduate School of Leadership with a focus on Strategy and Finance.
She has opened numerous brands and retail stores during her professional career. Yolandi has extensive experience in managing large teams across Africa and is impeccable at project management.
She is passionate about making a difference and has combined this passion and her love of property, to provide spaces that people would be proud of and that would enable economic growth within communities.
